Upohar
The Upohar-The Condoville at Chawkgaria, EM Bypass, Group Housing 13 towers. G+19 Spread over 18 acres of land. It consists of LIG – 248 one bedroom apartments, Comfort MIG – 360 two bedroom apartments and Luxury HIG – 605 two to three bedroom apartments. The construction area is approx. 20 lakh sq.ft.

Public Private Partnership in Jaipur Bhilwara Highway (SH-12) Development of two lane road from Jaipur (SH-12) to Bhilwara (NH-79) via Malpura, Kekri, Mandal to be implemented on design, build, finance, operate and transfer (DOBFOT) pattern for a pre-agreed concession period. The length of road was 212 KM And cost of project was INR 353 Cr.

Jaipur
Pipe Line Project under RUIDP, under ADB.
Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of 330 Km AC/upvc/DI Pipelines for Water supply scheme in Jhotwara and Kalyan Nagar and restoration of Roads of 30 Km in Jaipur. The project was ADB Funded. fixing of Valves, construction of chambers, trust blocks, Anchor block, Restoration of Roads for the length of 30 Km as per MORT specifications etc.

Sewer Line project under RUIDP
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of sanitary sewers of 150mm dia to 600 mm dia in Kherli Zones, Nayapura, Trunk sewer, civil lines area including construction of Manholes and appurtenances along with restoration of roads in Kota city. It was 78000 Rmt lengths of sewer lines in the urban area of Kota walled city. We have constructed 2650 Nos of different type manholes.
